When my oldest went for tubes, I was a total wreck. Then, 7 minutes (no lie!)after they took him back, we were getting word that the surgery was done, and they'd be bringing him out to us momentarily.<br /> <br /> He was mad at first. Anesthesia is hard for a little one. But, by the time we got home, you'd never have known anything happened.<br /> <br /> And yet, it's still one of my most anxiety-ridden days as a mom. He was mad at first. Anesthesia is hard for a little one. But, by the time we got home, you’d never have known anything happened.
